Overview
A conventional rice cooker heats a plate under the pan. An induction cooker makes the pan itself the heating element, so the sides get as hot as the bottom and the rice cooks evenly from every direction.
The difference shows most on brown rice and porridge, and on rice held warm for several hours.

Delivery and warranty
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders above RM 500 in Peninsular Malaysia and above RM 800 to Sabah and Sarawak. Below that it is worked out for your address at checkout. Delivery starts at RM 15 to Klang Valley, RM 25 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM 59 to East Malaysia. Estimates are working days and start when payment clears.
Warranty
2 year manufacturer warranty, counted from the delivery date and handled by us in Malaysia. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Returns
Fourteen days to change your mind on an unopened product, less the original delivery charge. Report a fault within seven days and we will replace it or refund you in full. Large appliances that have been installed cannot be returned for change of mind.
