1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Beyonary Store website and any purchase you make from it. Beyonary Sdn Bhd trades as Beyonary Store.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment and send your order confirmation. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we cannot verify payment.

3. Prices and tax

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude Sales and Service Tax, which is shown as a separate line at checkout at the prevailing rate of 8 percent.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are working days and start from the day payment clears. Large appliance deliveries are scheduled by phone.

5. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
