We deliver to every state in Malaysia, including Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. What it costs and how long it takes depends on where you are and what you have bought, and both are worked out from your address at checkout before you pay.
What delivery costs
Delivery is charged by zone, and each zone has a threshold above which it is free. The current charges and thresholds are the ones the checkout applies, and they are set out with the live figures on our frequently asked questions page. We do not repeat them here, because a policy page that states a price is a policy page that goes stale the first time the rate card is adjusted.
How long it takes
The clock starts when your payment clears, not when the order is placed, and it counts working days. As a guide: the Klang Valley is one to three working days, the rest of Peninsular Malaysia two to five, and Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan five to nine. Large items to East Malaysia travel by sea and sit at the longer end of that range.
Your order page carries the estimate for your actual address, and updates it with tracking once the order is on its way.
Large appliance delivery
Refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, large televisions and built-in kitchen appliances are delivered by a two person team rather than dropped at the door. We call to agree a day and a window before anything is dispatched, so you are not waiting in.
The team will bring the item into the room it is going in, unpack it, level it, and take the packaging away with them. What they cannot do is move it up a staircase that will not take it or through a door it will not fit through, so it is worth measuring the route before the day.
Installation
Installation is booked at checkout, as a line on the order, rather than arranged after the box arrives. It is available on air conditioners, wall mounted televisions, built-in ovens, hobs and hoods, and instant water heaters.
Our installers bring the brackets, piping, fixings and cabling that the standard installation needs, fit the unit, test it with you and clear up. Anything beyond a standard installation, such as running piping through a concrete wall, a bracket for a partition wall, or additional cabling, is quoted before the work starts and never added afterwards.
An air conditioner installed by anyone other than an authorised installer will usually void the manufacturer warranty, which is the one part of this page worth remembering.
Taking the old one away
We will take your old appliance away when we deliver the new one, on request, for any large appliance we are installing. Tell us when we call to schedule so the team arrives with room in the van. It is disposed of through a licensed recycler.
Getting ready for delivery day
- Measure the doorway, the lift, the stairwell and the gap the appliance is going into.
- Clear the route and, for a refrigerator, empty and defrost the one it is replacing.
- Make sure the power point, the water inlet or the drain the appliance needs is already where it needs to be.
- Have somebody over 18 on site who can accept the delivery and sign for it.
If nobody is home
The team will call before they arrive. If they cannot deliver because nobody is there or the route is blocked, we will rebook, and a second failed attempt is charged at the original delivery rate. Tell us as early as you can if the day no longer works and there is no charge.
Tracking your order
Every order can be followed from Your orders in your account, and guests can use the order tracking page with the order number and the email address the order was placed with. You will get an email at each stage: when the payment clears, when we start preparing the order, when it ships with its tracking number, and when it is delivered.
Collecting in person
We do not operate a collection counter. Our office in Puchong is not a warehouse, and our showrooms hold display stock rather than sale stock. Everything is delivered.
