Manufacturer warranty

Every product carries the manufacturer warranty stated on its product page, counted from the delivery date. Keep your order confirmation: it is your proof of purchase.

Change of mind

You may return an unopened, unused product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less the original delivery charge. Large appliances that have been installed cannot be returned for change of mind.

Faulty on arrival

If a product is faulty on arrival, tell us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including delivery, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Open your account, choose the order, and select Request a return. You will receive an RMA number and collection instructions within one working day.
