Mintaoo Store is the retail arm of Beyonary Sdn Bhd. We sell televisions, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, kitchen and small appliances, monitors, laptops and phones to Malaysian homes and businesses, and we deliver, install and service them ourselves wherever we can.
We started because buying an appliance in Malaysia was harder than it needed to be. Prices that did not say whether tax was included, specifications thin enough that you could not tell two models apart, and an installation booking that only began once the box was already in your hallway. We built the shop we wanted to buy from.
What we sell
Large appliances are the centre of the range: televisions from 43 to 86 inches, inverter air conditioners from 1.0HP to 2.5HP, refrigerators from 190 to 700 litres, and front load, top load and heat pump laundry. Around them sit the kitchen and small appliances a Malaysian household actually replaces, and a computing and mobile range for the same customers.
Everything we list is stock we hold or can get from an authorised Malaysian distributor. We do not sell grey imports, refurbished units described as new, or parallel stock carrying an overseas warranty that no local service centre will honour.
Delivery across Malaysia
We deliver to every state, including Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. In the Klang Valley that is usually our own two person team; elsewhere it is a courier for smaller items and a specialist appliance carrier for the large ones. Delivery charges, the free delivery thresholds and the lead time for your state are worked out from your address at checkout, before you pay, and the same figures are set out on our delivery page.
Installation and removal
Installation is booked at checkout rather than chased afterwards. Air conditioners, wall mounted televisions and built-in kitchen appliances are fitted by our own installers, who bring the brackets, piping and fixings, test the unit with you and take the packaging away. Ask when we call to schedule and we will take your old appliance away at the same time.
Warranty and service
Every product carries the manufacturer warranty stated on its product page, counted from the day it is delivered, and every claim is handled in Malaysia. Your order confirmation is your proof of purchase, so there is nothing to keep in a drawer. Our warranty page sets out what is covered, for how long and how to start a claim.
Honest prices, with SST shown separately
Prices on the site are the price of the goods. Sales and Service Tax is added as its own line at checkout at the prevailing rate, which is what a Malaysian invoice does and what lets you compare one shop with another on the thing you are actually buying. Nothing is added at the last step that was not shown before it.
Where we are
Beyonary Sdn Bhd trades as Mintaoo Store from 95-2, Jalan BK 5A/2, Bandar Kinrara, 47180 Puchong, Selangor. That is our office and our registered address; it is not a walk-in showroom, and our showroom list has the places you can see these products in person.
