Overview
Twenty litres a day is a whole-floor machine: a ground floor unit, a shop lot, or a house that has taken water. The humidistat holds a set relative humidity rather than running flat out, which is what stops a dehumidifier drying the air past the point of comfort.
The tank holds 4 litres, and there is a hose outlet for continuous drainage if there is a floor waste nearby.

Delivery and warranty
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders above RM 500 in Peninsular Malaysia and above RM 800 to Sabah and Sarawak. Below that it is worked out for your address at checkout. Delivery starts at RM 15 to Klang Valley, RM 25 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM 59 to East Malaysia. Estimates are working days and start when payment clears.
Warranty
2 year manufacturer warranty, counted from the delivery date and handled by us in Malaysia. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Returns
Fourteen days to change your mind on an unopened product, less the original delivery charge. Report a fault within seven days and we will replace it or refund you in full. Large appliances that have been installed cannot be returned for change of mind.
