Overview
A water reservoir feeds steam into the cavity during the first part of the bake. For bread it gives the crust a chance to expand before it sets, and for reheating it stops rice and roast meat turning to leather.
Everything else is conventional: fan assisted, four shelf levels, a 60 cm housing.

Delivery and warranty
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders above RM 500 in Peninsular Malaysia and above RM 800 to Sabah and Sarawak. Below that it is worked out for your address at checkout. Delivery starts at RM 15 to Klang Valley, RM 25 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM 59 to East Malaysia. Estimates are working days and start when payment clears.
Installation
This product can be installed by our own team, booked at checkout for RM 280.00. We call to schedule before the unit is dispatched, and we test it before we leave.
Warranty
2 year manufacturer warranty, counted from the delivery date and handled by us in Malaysia. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Returns
Fourteen days to change your mind on an unopened product, less the original delivery charge. Report a fault within seven days and we will replace it or refund you in full. Large appliances that have been installed cannot be returned for change of mind.
